WHAT IS PROTRAIN ALL-STARS?

ProTrain Youth brings the same Next-Generation Movement of adult ProTrain to young people ages 9–17. This is not a generic exercise program or PE replacement. It is a carefully designed, supervised training experience that builds power, strength, balance, coordination, and resilience while preventing injuries and nagging pains common in growing bodies.

Led by NASM-certified trainers who have studied under Doctors of Physical Therapy, sessions focus on proper movement, fun challenges, and long-term health—so youth can thrive in sports, school activities, family adventures, and everyday life.

  • We teach your child how to use their body correctly when doing basic movements. Kids are young, so their bodies are adaptable. They often are relying on joints or ligaments instead of activating the correct muscles, which leads to improper form, compromising their performance and increasing risk of injuries.

It is so much more than personal training. We have seen kids grow in character, discipline and their ability to encourage kids around them.

  • You can reach us anytime via text (559) 514-5882.

  • We offer monthly memberships. You will be charged $250/month upon sign-up. Pro-rating available.
